King Tides Construction is a family of local trade companies. Each one is run by people who do only that trade. They all work to the same standard, and one name stays accountable on every job.
The trades sell speed. We sell an honest plan and one name that answers for the job to the end.
Most contractors are generalists. They hand off the parts they don’t do well to subs. We work the other way around. King Tides is built from specialists. These are people who do only their trade, day in and day out. One contractor runs the whole job, so you get an expert on each part and one owner who stays responsible.
Each company started as a trusted partner. Over time, the best of them came to work with us only. The deal is simple. They hold to the same bar and run a job the same way, and one person still answers for the result. The trade changes. The standard doesn’t.
That’s the whole idea. You hire one contractor and get skilled crews across about twenty trades. You don’t chase a string of subs. You always know who’s responsible when something goes wrong.
