We work where we live. From the older neighborhoods of Bellingham out to the county lines, one contractor handles the build and the paperwork behind it.
Two permit offices. We handle the right one for your project.
Whatcom County has two permit paths. Projects inside Bellingham city limits go through the City of Bellingham Permit Center. Projects in the rest of the county and the smaller towns go through Whatcom County Building Services. The rules, the review times, and the inspections are different at each one.
Knowing which path a project belongs to, and what each office will ask for, is part of the job. We confirm the right office up front, pull the right permits, and book inspections. That way your build isn’t the one stuck waiting on paperwork.
